My good friend (one of the best) Haylee asked me to do a birth story for her. I was honored. I thoroughly enjoy the hospital part of both of my deliveries. I even get a little jealous when one of my friends go into labor and get to go to the hospital and experience that miracle. I love every part of it. So, when she asked me, I was thrilled!
I knew I wanted to give her something that when she looked back at the pictures she would be able to recall all of the emotions she felt that day....because there are a lot of them and let's be honest, most of them you forget as a mom or you don't get to experience because you are the person bringing the child into the world.
There was some proud people at the hospital that day. Extra proud Grandpas for sure! I loved listening to them talk about Rhett after they saw him for the first time....they already loved his so much and had only known him for a couple minutes. Rhett's big brother was already in love with him...he's going to be the best big brother, ever!
And I know a lot of people are going to ask so I am just going to address it now....yes, Haylee looks this good even before and after delivery. It's not fair, I know!
I am glad that I was there to capture everything I could....Love you Haylee...and Love you Rhett, and all of your hair that came on you!
Ladies and Gentlemen.....let me introduce you to Rhett. He is a sweet little thing and he loves his momma so much :) He couldn't have picked a better family.....one of the best I know! He's lucky to have a mommy like Haylee.
